edataunited Corporate Structure

The corporate structure of edataunited is divided into two main groups. Below management, the first group comprises the business units of edataprocessing GmbH, edatasystems GmbH, Limego GmbH and Heiner's Hotel & Gastronomie GmbH.

In terms of investment, the second group (dotted line) includes the business units of edataconsulting GmbH and its Spanish subsidiary edataconsulting SLU, as well as BKL Beteiligungs GmbH and its subsidiary refundrebell GmbH.

edataprocessing AG was founded in April 2007 as a subsidiary of edataprocessing GmbH. The company is based in Horw, Switzerland. Increased demand for our service portfolio from other European countries was the impetus for taking this step.  

The service portfolio includes strategic consulting, software development and output management systems.

edatasystems GmbH was founded in 2002, offering its clients tailor-made software solutions that support companies in optimizing their processes, improving workflow, making communication more efficient and simplifying administrative tasks.

Further core competencies are cable construction, fiber optic technologies and IT administration on behalf of its customers.

focus is on the areas of digitization of business processes, business intelligence and enterprise content management. In particular, development of individually customized software is a major part of our core competence.

edataconsulting GmbH is the corporate parent of edataconsulting SLU in Spain. The company’s  headquarters are in Gelsenkirchen, Germany; other locations include Heidelberg and Las Palmas. Together with colleagues from our subsidiary in Spain, we support customers throughout Europe.

Limego GmbH is a print and media service provider from Gelsenkirchen, Germany. Originating from edataunited GmbH, it has been operating independently as a GmbH on the market since 2009. ISO 9001-certified and having a B2B customer focus, the Limego GmbH is active in the DACH region.

The range of its services includes printing and finishing as well as high-end digital and large-format printing. Various finishing options are offered via Scodix, including cellophane wrapping and die-cutting, in addition to software solutions with a focus on Web2Print.

In 2008, Heiner’s Hotel and Restaurant opened on the former site of the Nordstern coal mine. It evolved from a self-service restaurant for the Federal Garden Show. After extensive renovations it has been converted into today’s Heiner's, a modern hotel with restaurant, beer garden and wellness spa.

The hotel accommodates visitors from all over the world and highlights the district’s culture and history with its landmark walls.
