Apartment Building at Nordsternpark
The project “BA2” continued in 2017/2018 with the “apartment building at Nordsternpark.” In a quiet location, five apartments and a penthouse with upscale furnishings were built.
All apartments have a terrace or balcony and an underground parking space. The attractive layout and barrier-free facilities are suitable for families as well as senior citizens.
Winkelschiffchen on Juist
On the small East Frisian island of Juist near the Dutch border, time follows its own rules.
Close to the beach is the Winkelschiffchen, a spacious guesthouse with five holiday apartments of various sizes, each adapted to the needs of families with children, couples or small groups of friends. This includes a wellness area with Finnish sauna and sun terrace.
The Winkelschiffchen is the ideal starting point for a relaxing and authentic North Sea holiday. In addition to edataunited's various economical investments, it underscores the passion of the partners for the tourist–gastronomic sector.
Heinrich-Heine-Gardens 8 at Duesseldorf
With the Heinrich Heine Gardens 8, edataunited GmbH became involved in a new green residential quarter in the Düsseldorf district of Oberkassel. Apartments, lofts, maisons and town villas are offered for rent and for sale on the spacious site.
The Heinrich-Heine-Gardens 8 represent a modern urban hideaway in which sustainability was already a top priority during the planning phase. Energy-efficient housing units, designed to be suitable for single occupants, families and senior citizens, were built to conserve resources. Conveniently located and yet conceived as a small world of its own, the Heinrich-Heine-Gardens 8 represent the ultimate in future-oriented, sustainable and modern residential construction.
In a beautifully situated urban quarter, the Heinrich-Heine-Gardens 8, there are two 128 m2 apartments with many amenities, such as concierge service, lounge, sauna and fitness area, and a lot of comfort.
Project BA2
At the edge of the Bugapark in Gelsenkirchen, Gremany, edataunited developed the housing project “BA2.” In 2006, two apartment buildings and 15 semi-detached houses with upscale furnishings were built.
Generously cut and in a calm location, the housing estate offers a place for families and couples. The investment sum amounted to approximately five million euros. All units were planned to be particularly energy-efficient and feature modern, state-of-the-art architecture.Heiner's Parkhotel
Like the restaurant, the Heiner's Parkhotel is located in the former storage facility at the edge of the Nordsternpark in Gelsenkirchen. The hotel was classified as a four-star hotel by the German Hotel and Restaurant Association (DEHOGA). Most of the rooms overlook the park area and beyond to the old winding tower and the impressive Hercules sculpture by sculptor Markus Lüpertz.
The spacious rooms reflect the modern interpretation of the mining history of the Ruhr area in the form of pictures and architectural details. Both business travelers and private guests will find first-class comfort in every room, from the well-stocked mini-bar to stylish bathroom facilities and Internet access. In addition, four event rooms of different sizes are available for up to 400 people - all equipped with the latest media technology. In the near future, the hotel capacity will be expanded to a total of 36 rooms and suites.
